Abhiyantha reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. Abhiyantha at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

• If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
• If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
• For any reason outside the control of the Abhiyantha including causes for delivery

Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

• In case of double realization of account for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded.
• Refund will be applicable strictly on case-to-case basis
